Shipping Policy

Shipping for prepaid orders is INR 80.

Shipping charges will be billed with main sales voucher

Standard shipping time for domestic order is 6-7 business days. Post that it takes around 4 to 5 days to reach you. These timelines may be affected due to current (pandemic) situations.

International Shipping

International shipping charges are INR 2500. It takes around 10-12 business days for the delivery.

Prices are inclusive of shipping charges. Any other charges like import duty has to be borne by the customer.

International Orders:

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.

If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount

If you have received the product and you do not like it, the same can be shipped back within 2 days and email us the courier receipt on [email protected] The shipping charges for sending the product back has to be borne by the customer

Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when you courier it back to us

The amount refunded to you would be only for the products. Shipping charges are non refundable

We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers.

Refund Policy

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Return and cancellation policy only applicable for Domestic Policy, No Cancellation or Exchange policy applicable to International orders.

Cancellation Policy:

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, kindly do so before your order is shipped. Please log into your account and click on “cancel order” option against the order number that you want to cancel, can be accepted through the web portal or Application.

If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund you the entire amount.

Return Policy:

If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at [email protected] mentioning your Order ID.

We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.

If the product chosen and delivered varies completely in terms of color,design and other specifies, you will have to raise a return request from your account. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. There is a Return / Exchange option available to choose from and we will arrange for the pick up from your doorstep.

Return requests will not be accepted through any other medium like email, Facebook / Instagram chat or phone call.

In case due to certain circumstances after raising the return request within 48 hours you are unable to return the shipment within the time frame no  refund would be made. Only a credit note would be given.

When you return the product to the courier guy, it is mandatory to take a receipt ( physical or through message). In case of lost shipment we will need proof of return by you.

PREPAID shipping charges are non refundable.

Refund would be processed within 6-7 days after the product is received back to our warehouse in dispatched location.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products

shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product

If the saree has been ordered with fall and edging

If the product is customized for you

If the Return is requested after 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

If the product is made to order

Exchange Policy:

You have to raise an exchange request within 3 days of receiving the product. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. There is an exchange option available and we will arrange for the pick up from your doorstep.

Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. Please note Royal Silk N Sarees will arrange for the pick up from your door step

Exchange policy is applicable only in case of complete color variation or product description if varies as per site and actual(design of border, pallu, length, weight etc.)

Exchange is not possible if the saree has fall and edging done to it

Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized

for you.

If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another product of higher amount, we would give you a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.

 If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would be given in the form of credit note.

Return of the exchanged product is not possible. You can only opt for an exchange option again or a credit note which will be valid for the period of 3 months.
